Location: Munich (Primary Residence) with regular travel to Austria & France
Contract: Full-Time | Long-Term
Salary: €130,000–€140,000 gross per annum (DOE)
Working Structure: Full-time including weekends and public holidays
Residence: Live-out (Munich-based)
About the Role
An exceptional opportunity has arisen for a highly experienced House Manager to oversee the seamless operation of three distinguished UHNW private residences located in:

Munich, Germany (4,500 sqm primary estate)

Kitzbühel, Austria (1,500 sqm secondary residence)
-
Saint-Tropez, France (1,500 sqm seasonal residence)
This role is suited to a senior professional with extensive experience managing multiple luxury estates simultaneously, implementing 5-star operational standards, and leading established household teams across international properties.
The successful candidate will operate at executive level, reporting directly to the principals, and will bring structure, precision, and strategic oversight to all residences.

Key Responsibilities
-
Full operational management of all three residences
-
Leadership and coordination of household staff across properties
-
Implementation and maintenance of 5-star standards, SOPs and service guidelines

Budget management, accounting oversight and cost control
-
Recruitment and onboarding of household staff
-
Regular in-person inspections of all residences
-
Supervision of contractors and craftsmen
-
Oversight of maintenance of high-end finishes (marble, slate, parquet etc.)

Ensuring consistency, discretion, and excellence across all locations
Candidate Profile
-
Many years’ experience managing multiple UHNW private residences
-
Proven leadership in high-class, VIP or luxury environments
-
Strong background in staff management and operational systems
-
Demonstrable longevity in previous roles
-
Fluent English and German (French advantageous)
-
EU passport holder (essential)
-
Full, clean driving licence
-
Strong IT proficiency
-
Exceptional eye for detail
-
Direct, transparent communication style
-
Strictly non-smoker
-
Yacht experience beneficial
This role requires someone highly structured, proactive, and capable of maintaining discretion at the highest level.
