Position: House Manager / Housekeeper

Accommodation: Live-out role with separate apartment provided
Salary: €3,500–€4,500 per month (DOE) + housing
Hours: 40 hours per week (flexible, based around driving and travel schedules)

About the Role
A private principal based in Monte Carlo, Monaco, is seeking an experienced and highly reliable House Manager / Housekeeper to oversee the smooth day-to-day running of a luxury residence. This is a standalone role with full responsibility for the property, requiring someone organised, discreet, and confident working independently.
The role combines household management with a significant driving component, including regular airport transfers to and from Nice Airport (approximately 20 minutes from Monte Carlo). The successful candidate will also be responsible for the care and presentation of high-end vehicles.
This is an excellent opportunity for a professional House Manager / Housekeeper looking for a stable, long-term position in Monaco, with accommodation provided separately.
Key Responsibilities

Oversee the general upkeep and presentation of a 250 sqm luxury property

Ensure the residence is maintained to a consistently high standard

Manage household supplies and basic household administration

Coordinate external service providers and contractors as required

Drive the principal regularly, including airport transfers to/from Nice

Care for and maintain high-end/luxury vehicles

Ensure smooth daily operations without the need for supervision

Act as a trusted point of contact for the principal regarding household matters
Candidate Requirements

Proven experience as a House Manager or similar role in a private household

Fluent French and English (both essential)

Confident driver with strong local awareness (driving accounts for approx. 30% of the role)

Experience caring for high-end or luxury vehicles

Highly organised, proactive, and able to work independently

Discreet, trustworthy, and professional

Flexible with working hours depending on travel schedules
