£45,000–£50,000 per annum (depending on experience)
Schedule:
5 days per week, with flexibility for a 6th day when required
Core hours: 8:00am – 6:00pm (flexibility essential)

About the Role
A large and well-established private household in Northwood is seeking a Live-In House Manager / Maintenance Professional to oversee the smooth running, maintenance, and day-to-day operations of the family residence. The household consists of 5 family members and 3 additional household staff, and the environment is busy, fast-paced, and requires a proactive, hands-on and service-focused individual.
The ideal candidate will take full ownership of house maintenance, daily operations, driving duties, staff coordination, and contractor management, ensuring the property is always running to the highest standard.
Key Responsibilities

Oversee daily household operations and general maintenance indoors and outdoors

Manage and coordinate contractors and repair works

Drive family members as required and confidently handle luxury vehicles

Manage and maintain household vehicles including servicing schedules

Supervise and work alongside a team of household staff

Ensure all household supplies are stocked and operations run smoothly

Provide hands-on support wherever needed to maintain a well-run home
Candidate Requirements

Minimum 2–3 years’ experience as a House Manager, Maintenance Person, or similar role

Full UK driving licence and confident driving larger/luxury vehicles

Strong organisational and communication skills

Hands-on, proactive, and detail-oriented approach

Flexible, trustworthy, and reliable with a calm, positive attitude

Ability to work 5–6 days per week as needed

Tagalog speakers are welcome (not essential)
