Live-In Domestic Couple – Mallorca, Spain
€3,000 per month (combined) | Private Accommodation | Fully Staffed Estate
About the Role
On behalf of an UHNW private client, Prestige People are seeking a professional and experienced Domestic Couple to join a well-run, high-profile private household based in Mallorca.
This is a live-in position within a fully staffed environment, overseeing the smooth day-to-day running of a substantial private estate (500sqm+). The successful couple will be professional, discreet, and accustomed to working within luxury residences alongside a wider team, including nannies, gardeners, and external contractors.
The role requires a hands-on, proactive approach, with both candidates working collaboratively to maintain exceptional standards across all aspects of the household.
Key Responsibilities:
Partner A – Housekeeping & Cooking
- Full housekeeping of a large private residence
- Laundry, ironing, and wardrobe care
- Maintaining exceptional standards of cleanliness and presentation
- Preparing high-quality, fresh meals for the household
- Kitchen management, including stock control and organisation
- Supporting general household organisation and day-to-day operations
Partner B – Driving, Maintenance & Support
- Professional driving duties as required
- General property maintenance and upkeep
- Liaising with contractors and overseeing works when necessary
- Basic troubleshooting and handling of minor technical/IT issues
- Supporting the smooth running of the estate and assisting where needed
Shared Responsibilities
- Working collaboratively with other household staff
- Assisting with the care and general oversight of two dogs
- Ensuring the property is always guest-ready
- Maintaining discretion and professionalism at all times
Candidate Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Domestic Couple within private or high-profile households
- Fluent Spanish (essential)
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- High level of discretion, professionalism, and reliability
- Hands-on, proactive, and detail-oriented approach
- Comfortable working within a fully staffed environment
- Experience managing large properties and coordinating with external contractors
- Positive, flexible, and service-oriented mindset
Working Schedule:
- 6 days per week (Sunday off)
- Typically 08:00 – 18:00
- Flexibility required for household events and seasonal demands
