Location: Primarily Qatar, with travel between Manchester, London & Cannes
Contract: Full-time, long-term
Schedule: 6 days per week (flexibility required)
Salary: up to £60,000 per annum (DOE)
Accommodation: Live-in with private accommodation provided across all locations
Start Date: January 2026 (or earlier for the right candidate)
Role Overview
A warm and professional international family is seeking an experienced Nanny to provide dedicated care, structure, and developmental support for their young children — an 8-month-old baby and a new baby due in May 2026.
The family divides their time between Qatar and Manchester, spending approximately four months per year in the UK, with additional time in London and Cannes. The ideal candidate will be educated to degree level in childcare or early years education, bringing both professional expertise and a nurturing, confident presence to the household.
The role will focus on the children’s overall wellbeing, early learning, and emotional development. This is a long-term position for a calm, organised, and capable nanny who can seamlessly fit into a respectful and private family environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide full nursery care for the 8-month-old and newborn (from May 2026)
- Plan age-appropriate educational and developmental activities
- Support the physical, social, and emotional growth of both children
- Create and maintain a safe, structured, and nurturing daily routine
- Prepare and maintain nursery spaces, children’s laundry, and belongings
- Coordinate with the parents on routines, milestones, and development
- Travel internationally with the family (Qatar, UK, Cannes)
- Maintain discretion and professionalism at all times
Candidate Requirements
- British or English-speaking nanny (essential)
- Degree in Childcare, Early Years Education, or Child Development
- Proven experience caring for infants and toddlers in private households
- Professional, calm, and well-presented with strong communication skills
- Highly organised, proactive, and adaptable to changing routines
- Trustworthy, discreet, and capable of working autonomously
- Confident traveller and flexible with international relocation
- Driver preferred, particularly for UK stays (Manchester & London)
- Excellent references from previous private families
