About the Role
A fantastic opportunity has become available for a professional and experienced individual seeking a part-time housekeeper job in Reading. This role is based in a large, well-maintained six-bedroom home and focuses primarily on daily housekeeping responsibilities, with only occasional childcare support required.
The ideal candidate will be organised, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing all aspects of housekeeping independently. While childcare is not a primary part of the role, you should be comfortable providing light support when needed.
This is a part-time position offering a structured and consistent schedule, making it ideal for someone seeking long-term work in a private household setting.
Key Responsibilities
Housekeeping Duties

Full cleaning and daily upkeep of a six-bedroom family home

Laundry, ironing, and wardrobe organisation

General tidiness and household supply management

Light errands and occasional household support
Occasional Nanny Duties

Light support with childcare routines when required

Assistance with morning routines on an ad-hoc basis
Candidate Requirements
