Salary: £50,000 – £60,000 gross per annum

About the Role
Prestige People is delighted to present an exceptional opportunity for an experienced Housekeeper / Nanny to join a warm and dynamic private family based in Wimbledon.
This is a live-out position within a busy yet welcoming household, supporting three children aged 10, 7, and 3. The role is a true hybrid position, with a strong emphasis on housekeeping during school hours, alongside childcare responsibilities in the mornings, afternoons, and early evenings.
The property is a substantial 6,000 sq ft family home arranged over multiple floors, requiring a highly organised and proactive individual who takes pride in maintaining impeccable standards.
The family is seeking a professional, capable and discreet candidate who can confidently manage both household duties and childcare, while working closely with a hands-on mother in a collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities
Housekeeping (Primary Focus During School Hours)
- Full housekeeping of a large private residence (approx. 6,000 sq ft)
- Laundry, ironing, and wardrobe organisation
- Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and presentation throughout
- General household organisation and upkeep
- Assisting with light meal preparation (e.g. chopping vegetables)
- Ensuring smooth day-to-day running of the home
Childcare (Before/After School)
- School drop-offs and pick-ups (driving essential)
- Supporting children’s daily routines and activities
- Preparing healthy, home-cooked meals for the children
- Assisting with after-school activities and schedules
- Supporting a calm, structured, and engaging environment
Candidate Requirements
- Proven experience as a Housekeeper / Nanny within private households
- Strong housekeeping ability with excellent attention to detail
- Confident driver (essential)
- Fluent English
- Organised, proactive, and able to manage a busy household independently
- Comfortable working in a family environment with three active children
- Flexible, reliable, and discreet
- Positive, warm, and professional approach
Additional language skills (e.g. Spanish) are advantageous but not essential.
