About the Role

Prestige People is pleased to present an excellent opportunity for an experienced Private Chef to support a private principal based in Belfast.

This role offers flexibility for either part-time or full-time engagement, depending on the candidate, making it ideal for a chef seeking either a balanced schedule or a more committed long-term position.

The focus of the role is to deliver high-quality, nutritious meals tailored to the principal’s lifestyle, with an emphasis on healthy, calorie-conscious cooking using fresh, high-quality ingredients.

The principal enjoys a varied diet including British, Mediterranean, Italian, and Asian cuisine.

Key Responsibilities

Preparing fresh, healthy meals tailored to the principal’s preferences
Providing lunch and dinner service (with breakfast where required)
Menu planning with a focus on balanced, calorie-conscious cooking
Food preparation and kitchen organisation
Sourcing high-quality ingredients and managing grocery shopping
Maintaining a clean, organised, and efficient kitchen environment
Adapting menus across a variety of cuisines
Travelling with the principal when required across the UK, Europe, and USA

Candidate Requirements

Proven experience as a Private Chef (essential)
Strong knowledge of healthy and balanced cooking
Ability to prepare a range of cuisines to a high standard
Organised, self-sufficient, and able to work independently
Professional, discreet, and reliable
Flexible with working patterns and travel requirements
Excellent references from previous roles
