About the Role
A private family in Oman is seeking a warm, qualified, and experienced Nurse Nanny to provide dedicated care to their young children in a live-in capacity. This is an excellent opportunity for a medically trained childcare professional to work in a well-resourced and respectful household environment. The role requires a nurturing presence, medical knowledge, and the ability to engage with children aged between 4 and 6 years.
This position is offered under a Domestic Servant Visa and includes a full benefits package.
Key Responsibilities

Provide high-quality, hands-on care to children, focusing on health, safety, and development

Plan age-appropriate educational and recreational activities

Monitor the child’s wellbeing and respond to any medical needs

Maintain a structured routine, including meal times, hygiene, play, and rest

Liaise with parents regarding the child’s development, milestones, and needs
-
Ensure a clean and safe environment at all times
Candidate Requirements
-
Licensed Nurse (RN or LPN) or equivalent nursing qualification

Minimum 2–3 years’ experience in nanny or childcare roles
-
Background in early childhood development is highly desirable

CPR and First Aid certification
-
Excellent spoken and written English
-
Tagalog native speaker preferred due to household communication preferences

Kind, calm, and dependable personality with a genuine love for children
